Itch to Stitch
Join us this summer for lessons in learning the basics of crochet and knitting. All skill levels are welcomed. Loretta Fivizzani will be teaching this class. Learning to handcraft can help improve fine motor skills and enhance problem-solving abilities. Supplies are provided.
Strength and Stretch (Seated)
Enhance your strength and flexibility in this chair-based exercise class. We will focus on performing movements that will improve mobility in your everyday life. We will also use dumbbells to add resistance in order to strengthen the muscles and support the core and back. Class led by Josephine Champion.
Chair Yoga
Develop skills that promote holistic health & wellbeing. Yoga can have positive effects on the heart, mind, body and soul, even for those with physical limitations. All skill levels are welcomed. Exercises will be done with a chair. Come for contentment of heart, peace of mind, relaxation of body and quietness of spirit. Class led by Melissa Hollander.
Meal and a Movie
Join us for some food and fun as we come together to eat lunch and see the newest movie releases. We will meet at the Park District and travel to a local restaurant for lunch and then the show! Fee includes the cost of the movie and transportation. Lunch and movie snacks will be on your own. Both will be chosen one week prior to each outing.

Senior Lunch Club- Oct
Join us in the senior center for lunch once a month, catered from a different location. Menus will be provided before sign-up. Enjoy your lunch in the senior center or take it for the road. Cruisin' Connoisseur - New!
Are you wanting to try new restaurants but not sure where to go? This program will take place of the normal “Senior Lunch Club” to shake things up! This fall, we will take the bus to a restaurant and enjoy lunch together. Registration fee covers cost of transportation. Cost of lunch is on your own. Hooray Hollywood Homecoming Dance!
Break out your dancing shoes for this Hollywood themed homecoming dinner/dance! You will be throwing it back to the good ole days, highlighting some of the best movies while enjoying dinner and dancing with friends and close ones.

The Four C Notes: Seasons Greetings
Ring in the holiday spirit by joining us for this afternoon show! Watch performers sing the best of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, plus Rock and Roll Holiday Hits! We will leave promptly at noon from the Senior Center (814 Hart Rd). Cost of registration covers transportation and the ticket to the show. Cost of lunch is on your own.

Drop-In Activities
Bingo
Join us on Wednesdays for rounds of Bingo. Five Bingo cards are only $2. We’ll play from 12:30 - 3 pm; may end earlier if we run out the pot! No registration required.
Tuesday Game Day
Join us on Tuesdays for card games! A few decks of cards will be provided, but feel free to bring your own game from home. Grab a couple of your friends and enjoy an afternoon full of fun! No registration required.
Walking Club
Enjoy the indoor walking space in the Community Center gym. Walk, talk and meet new friends! Senior Walking Club may be cancelled on days when the school district has the day off. Participants must sign a waiver.
