Firefighter candidates will be training at the Avon Complex from 11 am to 3 pm Thursday, Feb. 12.

The Round Lake Area Park District, Grayslake Park District, and Avon Township are proud to support the CLC Fire Academy on this hands-on training opportunity, which helps prepare future firefighters with real-world experience in a safe, controlled environment.

Training exercises will take place on February 12, 17, 19, 24, and 26.

The Avon Complex property is jointly owned by the Round Lake Area Park District, Grayslake Park District, and Avon Township. It is located at 419 N. Hainesville Rd, Hainesville, IL 60073.
