Flag Football

Future stars play 7-on-7 football games using age-appropriate flags and football equipment outdoors on grass. Young players will learn proper fundamentals of the game and have opportunities to try all positions during the class. Along with football games, activities include the following: Football mechanics, Throws at targets, Timed obstacle courses, long throw-punt-kick contests, etc.
