This class imitates core elements of our comprehensive youth speed training program and includes drills such as planks, push-ups, crunches, and other fun challenging activities led sled pulls and parachute sprints. Training builds muscles and bones, and aerobic benefits help strengthen the cardiovascular and pulmonary muscles, as well as help children keep their weight under control. This level of training establishes a child's athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports.
