Athletic development is vital to the success and confidence of any young athlete, and NFront youth speed training programs encourage participants to flourish both mentally and physically from the effects of consistent exercise. This 50-minute class imitates core elements of our comprehensive youth speed training program and includes drills such as planks, push-ups, crunches and other activities like sled pulls and parachute sprints. Strength training builds muscles and bones, and aerobic benefits help strengthen the cardiovascular and pulmonary muscles, as well as help children keep their weight under control. This class establishes a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports.
