Throughout the year the Round Lake Area Park District sends many different services/products out to bid or will list a Request for Proposal, ranging from printing to park construction. Please complete the bid request form below to be emailed a copy of current open bids, or pick up a hard copy at the Round Lake Area Park District Administrative Building, located at 814 Hart Road.

Avon Complex: Sealed proposals for the construction of two (2) full-size soccer fields, parking lot, walking path, and associated improvements at the Avon Complex for the Round Lake Area Park District shall be received at the Round Lake Area Park District office, 814 Hart Road, Round Lake, Illinois, until May 29, 2026, at 10 AM. At that time, all proposals will be publicly opened and recorded. Proposal documents are available at the Round Lake Area Park District office during regular Guest Services hours or by filling out the form below.
