Please note: Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, parents are not allowed on deck during swim lessons.

Swim Lesson Registration

To Request a Swim Lesson Refund:

1. Go to Jeffellismanagement.com and scroll to the bottom of the first page and click on Refund Request

2. Fill out information and submit. Jem Hughes receives all requests and will call the person who submitted the refund information if she has further questions about the request

3. The refund will be based on the date that the request was submitted:

  • If request is received before the first day of the course, payer will receive all but $5 back. The $5 is a service fee.
  • If request is received on the first day of the class starting, payer will receive 50% of the money paid.
  • If request is received on or after the second day of class, payer receives no money back due to the spot not being fulfilled.

4. If a person has paid already and class hasn't started and they want to transfer to a different class that still has availability in it, then they can call Jem Hughes directly at (331) 210-8630. There are no guarantees as the system is open to the public.

Pool Hours of Operation 2021

The 2021 Aquatic Season will run from May 29-Aug 22, 2021. Due to COVID-19 safety guidelines, daily swim will be offered in 2-hour blocks, followed by a sanitation break. All patrons will leave the facility after their 2-hour time block. If you would like to come back in, you will need to register and pay for the next time block. Registration, as well as a temperature check, will be required for all participants daily to enter the facility

Splash Pad Open Time Block

Advanced online registration is strongly encouraged to guarantee your open swim spot. Reservations will be released in two-week time blocks. Look for time block registration information here beginning in May.

Additional Pool Information

* The Park District will have marked "group areas" on deck, which will be spaced 6 feet apart. We ask that you and your group stay in your deck space

* Masks must be worn at the Aquatic Center for the entire time that you are out of the water. Masks are required on deck, in changing/bathrooms, near the Splash Pad outside the gated area, and through the facility.

* The Park District will not be providing deck furniture, however you may bring a chair from home to use on the deck.

* Water, soda and a few select candy bar options will be available for purchase at the check-in counter inside the lobby

* The Park District will use a flag system outside the Aquatic Center front doors to let patrons know if there are spaces available for walk-in open swim registration.

Due to COVID-19 safety regulations, in 2021 the Splash Pad will be open for one time block each day, in addition to open swim time blocks.

Season Pool Passes

Due to COVID-19 safety regulations, the Round Lake Area Park District will not be selling pool passes for the 2021 swim season. Instead, patrons will be able to pay for daily time blocks for the pool and splash pad.

* Family rates refer to immediate family only; up to 5 people in the same household; children under 1 are free. Additional family members are $10 each. A family is defined as parents and their unmarried children, through 21 years of age, residing with them. Children, 22 years and older, as well as other relatives and/or individuals in the same household are NOT in the definition of family.

Proof of residency is required. Sorry, no exceptions. Please show recent utility or tax bill or driver's license. Each season pass holder will receive a picture pool pass and must present it at each visit. Passes are not transferable or refundable.

Season pass holders receive discounts on special events and specialty classes. Includes admission to the Splash Pad!

Lap Swim
